Gegründet wurde die Liga im September 2011 unter dem Namen FIFA Allstar League von Baka und lief zuerst in Zusammenarbeit mit einer FIFA 1on1 Transferliga. Im September 2013 war der Ansturm und das Interesse an einer Liga dertart groß, dass sich eine eigene Pro Club Liga realisieren ließ. Der Name fiel auf: PROLEAGUE und wurde fortan von Baka & Laika geführt. Im März 2014 verabschiedeten sich die beiden Gründer der ProLeague aus der administrativen Arbeit der Liga und überließen von nun an einem 6 Köpfigen Team der Pro Club Community die Zukunft der Liga. Wir Danken Baka und Laika, dass Sie solch ein tolles Projekt gestartet haben und auch den Mut hatten es in fremde Hände zu legen.

AriGold war ebenfalls einer der 6 Köpfe die nach dem Abgang von Baka und Laika Verantwortung übernommen hat um die ProLeague am Leben zu erhalten. Nach seinem Abgang hat das Team einen Alleskönner verloren der bei einem Problem stets den kühlen Kopf behalten hat und immer eine Lösung parat hatte. AriPedia war ebenfalls in der Entscheidungsphase der neuen Seite eingebunden in welche Richtung es gehen soll, was benötigt wird und in einige Designfragen involviert. Zu seinen Aufgaben zählte die technische Koordination der Homepage und der Erstkontakt zur EVPA und iFVPA. AriGold danken wir für seinen großen Einsatz in und um die ProLeague herum und wünschen alles Gute bei zukünftigen Projekten.

1.1 ProLeague:The ProLeague, managed by the ProLeague Administration with the support of the Players' Council, offers users the opportunity to form a team for the current FIFA title and participate in leagues, cup competitions, tournaments and a ladder.
1.1.1 Leagues: There are four German leagues (League ONE, League TWO, League THREE and League FOUR) and two international leagues (League INT. and League INT. 2).
1.1.2 Procedure: The sequence takes place in the form of seasons, which start and end at the same time regardless of the ligament. At the end of each season there will be promotion and relegation between the German leagues and the international teams that can get iFVPA slots will play in the iFVPA Competitions.
1.1.3 Player successes: The best players in each league receive individual awards for their profile: Top goal scorer, top assists and goals, top assists, top defender, top goalkeeper and MVP.
1.1.4 Team successes: The champion of League One and League Int. and all players who played at least one match for one of the two clubs in the previous season will receive the team achievement "champion". The cup winner and all players who have played at least one match for the club in the previous season will receive the team achievement "cup winner". The club that wins a HOF Tournament and all of its players will receive the Team achievement "HOF Winner". The winner of the iFVPA Champions League and all players in the squad at the time of the final who had at least one entry will receive the team achievement "CL Victory". The winner of the iFVPA Euro League and all players in the squad at the time of the final who had at least one mission will receive the team achievement "EL Victory". All promoted players and all players who played at least one match for the clubs in the previous season will receive the team achievement "promoted".
1.2 Club: Every user without a club has the possibility to create a club. The creation of a club is then checked by the admins and the club is released after a successful check. Every user who is part of a club can leave it on the club page.
1.2.1 Manager rights: Each club can have up to four managers who can manage it on the site. The roles team captain, executive manager, appointment coordinator and press spokesperson all have the same rights. Any club manager can:
- Create and remove team entries on the player market and in the player search.
- Go in the forum, see posts in the category "team managers only" and post team posts on the main page.
- Enter team results and change match reports for home matches.
- Manage match dates and team transfer requests.
- Customise team information and change club manager rights.
- Remove users from his club and adjust the purely visual inactivity status of the players in his club.
1.2.2 Team side: On the team side of the club the entire club history in the ProLeague and additionally the status of the eligibility of each squad member is to be seen. In addition, all penalties imposed can be viewed publicly.
1.2.3 Organisations: Teams of the same organisations (eg. Team Ball I, Team Ball II) can not play in the same league. This regulation is subject to review and can be decided differently by the admin team in individual cases.
1.2.4 League affiliation: The admin team decides on the league affiliation of each team.
1.2.5 Name change: The team name can only be changed once per season. A team manager must write to an admin with the following information: The new name, the short version of the name (less than ten characters) and the abbreviation, consisting of exactly three alphanumeric characters. The only exception is when leaving an organisation, then the club can go back to the previous team name.
1.3 User: A registered user can create player entries on the player market and in the search of a new club. He can write in the forums, in the shoutbox and comment on articles and team posts. He can also, if he is clubless, ask existing clubs if he can join them. He can edit his profile and upload screenshots to request a player license.
1.3.1 Second accounts: It is only allowed to have a second account if you participate in the PC area of the ProLeague as well as in the PS4 area of the ProClubLiga. The creation of other accounts for any other reason is only allowed with the permission of the ProLeague Administration. Violation can be punished at the discretion of the ProLeague Administration with ProLeague suspensions with a maximum duration of eight weeks.
1.3.2 Name change: A change of the account name is only possible to remove a team tag. There is a special forum thread for this. A complete change is possible in exchange for a service for the community (contribution for the editorial office or similar).
1.4 Validity: This set of rules applies exclusively to the International PC area of the ProLeague. The German PC area and the console area have their own set of rules.
1.5 Shoutbox: Stream links in the shoutbox that do not belong to a FIFA stream will be hidden.
2.2 Special cases: With regard to this set of rules, the administration reserves the right to make individual decisions differently on special cases. These are explained in detail in the form of an article.
2.3 Replacement: The administration decides when a new position must be filled. an announcement in the form of an article is then published. Applications can be submitted by e-mail and will be evaluated by the administration after the application deadline.
2.4 Admin functions: Depending on the area of responsibility of the individual administrator, various functions of the admin panel are available to the administration. Apart from the administration interface of requested team creation and player licenses there are among other things possibilities for the game evaluation and reset, for the distribution of team and player penalties, for the dispatch of messages to whole user groups (all managers of a club and all managers of a league) and for the team administration.
2.5.1 Proportionality: The Administration shall always act and decide in accordance with the principle of proportionality in its actions and decisions, in particular those which may be taken at its discretion in accordance with this Code. Specifically, actions and decisions of the administration must
- be based on a legitimate foundation,
- be suitable for fulfilling the purpose,
- be the mildest of all purposeful actions/decisions (necessity),
- be proportionate to the proportionality of the act/decision and its possible intervention in the field of third parties.
2.5.2 Obligation to secrecy: The administration is obliged to secrecy. Contents from any meetings, admin meetings are always sensitive to treat and may not be passed on to third parties. A proven violation can lead in the discretion of the admins to the immediate exclusion from the admin team.
2.5.3 Objectivity: The interest of the ProLeague always takes precedence over the interest of the individual PL-Admins. Subject to this, PL admins who are affected by the content of the facts are to be excluded from decisions. (This concerns e.g. the case, if it concerns a decision about a club or its player, for which a PL-Admin also plays.)
3.1.1 The players council is elected every three ProLeague seasons.
3.1.2 The players council shall be composed of the seven candidates most frequently elected by the community.
3.1.3 Other mandatory criteria for composition:
- Admins of the ProLeague must not be on the players council.
- Only two council members per club may be represented on the players council.
- There may be only one free agent member of the players council.
- In the election of the players council, the council member/candidate must have received at least 3% of all votes to qualify for a position in the players council or as a replacement.
3.1.4 Verschwiegenheitspflicht: The players council and its members are bound to secrecy. Content from any sessions (both with and without admins) and admin meetings are always to be treated sensitively and may not be passed on to third parties. A proven violation can lead to exclusion from the player council at the discretion of the admins.
3.1.5 Objektivität: The players council and its council members are a link between the PL administration and the PL community and have the task of representing the community in its interest. The interest of the individual may not play a role in any action on behalf of the player council.
3.1.6 Auflösung des Spielerrats: 3.1.6 Dissolution of the players council: The admin team can dissolve the players council partially or completely in case of significant violations of §3.1.4 and §3.1.5 by the members of the council.
3.2 Election of the players council
3.2.1 The organisational responsibility for the election of the players council lies with the former chairman of the players council. Everyone has the right to apply as a candidate for the players ouncil, with the exception of the admins.
3.2.2 The election of the available candidates is determined by a vote ranking by the community. The composition according to §3.1.2 and §3.1.3 must be considered.
3.2.3 The new players council shall be elected two weeks after the start of the season. The previous chairman of the players council shall ensure that the deadlines for elections are being met accordingly. Deadlines can be extended in consultation with the PL admin team. The previous players council loses its jurisdiction according to §3.2.4.
3.2.4 The players council chairman is responsible for publishing the election results and for contacting the elected players to accept the election. After seven people have accepted the election, they replace the departing players council and form the new players council.
3.2.5 The player ouncil itself cannot change the rules of the player council election. With an amendment from the council chairman or a deputy chairman to the PL administration new content can be proposed according to §3.3.2.
3.3 Responsibilities of the Player Council
3.3.1 The player council may participate in any admin meeting with several representatives and participate in the opinion and decision making process that takes place there. According to 3.4.3 the admin team informs the player council chairman about the meetings taking place and their topics.
3.3.2 The players council can bring proposals with a qualifying majority in the players council to the ProLeague administration meetings for decision making with decision obligation. The chairman of the council or one of his deputies has to inform the admin team in time about the proposals. The deadline for the resolution obligation ends on the third Monday after introduction of the proposal. All PL admins as well as the player council itself, if this is given by §3.3.3, are admitted to the decision.
3.3.3 The players council has a right of co-determination in decisions of the PL administration, insofar as there is a qualifying majority in the players council (cf. §3.3.4) over the decision. Exceptions are regulated by §3.3.5. This right of co-determination is weighted as follows: one third of the admins involved in the decision. Example: If a decision is pending with 13 admins present, the voting weight of the players council is determined as follows: one third of 13 = 3.3 => 3 votes.
3.3.4 Qualifying majorities in the player council: The responsibility for the existence of qualifying majorities in the player council lies with the chairman of the council. He has to present the corresponding votes at the request of the admin team. If there is no qualifying majority, the right of proposal according to §3.3.2 as well as the right of co-determination according to §3.3.3 are not applicable.
3.3.5 Restrictions: The following exceptions are defined:
- The right to participate in admin meetings according to §3.3.1 does not apply in individual cases and at the discretion of the admins in the cases according to §3.3.5 No. 1.3, 1.4, 2 and 3.
- The right of proposal in accordance with §3.3.2 and the right of co-determination in accordance with §3.3.3 refer to this: changes to the rules and regulations, with the exception of §1 and §2 and general administrative matters directly related to the community.
- The right of proposal in accordance with §3.3.2 and the right of co-determination in accordance with §3.3.3 shall not apply in case:
- 1. Of corruption, if one or more members of the players' council are directly affected, if decisions on suspensions and penalties for players are made or any investigations/decisions according to §5 Modifications are held.
- 2. Of staffing decisions in the admin team.
- 3. Of other administrative decisions which only indirectly affect the ProLeague community.
In the existing cases it is the responsibility of the PL admin team to consult the players council or to commission it with special tasks.
3.4 Reasons for exclusion
3.4.1 Council members shall be excluded from the qualifying majority count under §3.3.4 in so far as they are propositions/decisions concerning or otherwise affecting the council member's club.
3.4.2 In cases of exclusion, the qualifying majority must be calculated adjusted in accordance with §3.4.1.
3.5 Changes in the composition of the player council
3.5.1 If a players council seat becomes vacant, a replacement shall be determined on the basis of the updated list of candidates. If more than one replacement has the same number of votes, the players council will decide internally on the next replacement.
3.5.2 If a council member leaves his club or joins a club during the council's term of office and thereby violates the composition criteria according to §3.1.1 or resigns from office, a replacement shall be appointed according to §3.5.1.
3.5.3 If a qualifying majority (according to §3.3.4) decides that a council member (be it the council chairman, a deputy or a regular council member) is not in a position to constructively fulfil his duties as a council member, he may be removed from office and replaced according to §3.5.1.
3.5.4 Council members who hold a functional position (chairman or representative) and leave the players council in accordance with §3.5.2-3 shall be replaced accordingly on the basis of the updated election list.
3.6 Increasing the list of replacements
3.6.1 The list of replacements is redefined every season. The procedure is described in §3.2.
3.6.2 An additional increase in the list of replacements is made if there is only one replacement left, but the next election is at least one month in the future.
3.6.3 Procedure for increasing
- The application for a position on the list of substitutes of the players council is started by the players council chairman according to §3.6.1.
- The application deadline is at the discretion of the chairman.
- At the end of the application period, the election of available candidates is determined by a vote ranking by the community. In order to be elected as a replacement for the players council, the candidate must have received at least 3% of all votes.
- The order of replacements shall be voted on democratically within the players' council at the end of the application period.
4.1 Eligibility of players: Only players who have registered on the homepage, joined a team and received a game license according to §6.4 are entitled to play. A player without a valid Origin ID is not eligible to play. The use of a player's Origin account is not permitted (account sharing).
4.2 Minimum number of players: A team must consist of at least seven players in order to participate in a match. Each team must play with the minimum number of players.
4.3 Use of the known as: In all ProLeague competitions (evening/sponsored tournaments may choose a different arrangement), the "known as" name of the player pro must be set in such a way that the known as is unmistakably associated with the Origin ID.
4.4 Any-player: The so-called "any-player" is prohibited. Each player must occupy a fixed position.
4.5 Match invitations (general)
4.5.1 Home right: The team which has home right always has the right to invite the opponent to the match. The ProClubs friendly match is used for this purpose. Exceptions for the home right are regulated by §4.5.3.
4.5.2 Troubleshooting: With the "invitation bug" it may happen that due to technical circumstances the away team cannot be found or the away team does not receive the invitation of the home team. We recommend the following solutions:
- Changing the Captain.
- Lobby reset (All players leave the mode and reload it only when all players are in the FIFA main menu).
4.5.3 Handing over the home right: The right of invitation may be assigned to the away team if
- The home team cannot find the away team in the friendly match search.
- The home team cannot invite the away team for other technical reasons.
- The away team verifiably does not receive the invitation.
- The home team and the away team must agree by mutual agreement that the away team shall take over the right of invitation.
4.5.4 Creation of a replacement club: If the home team is not succesful with the measures according to §4.5.2 or does not agree with handing over the home right according to §4.5.3, the team, which uses most user-controlled players in the game, must create a replacement club. Should both teams compete with the same number of user-controlled players, the away team must create a replacement club. The right to invite remains with the home team.
4.5.5 Tolerance: A tolerance of 15 minutes waiting time from the scheduled play date shall be included. The specified 15 minutes are approximate and this does not mean, however, that they may not be exceeded in justified cases.
4.5.6 Problems with the deadline: If the opponent cannot be reached within the 15-minute period, the relevant league leader or an authorised representative must be contacted immediately. Should there be no decision despite the conversation with the league leader, an admin decision about a new match date or the judgement of the match will be made. A simple "Hey" or another unclear message to only one leader of the opposing team is not sufficient as a contact attempt. There are several ways to contact the respective opponent.
4.5.7 Informing the next opponent: If the start of the match is delayed due to disconnects or FIFA bugs, the following opponents shall be informed of the expected delay without delay on the same evening.
4.6 Fair play / sporting behaviour: Respectful and fair behaviour towards the opponent in league and cup matches of ProLeague is required. This includes in particular:
4.6.1 Abandonment: The 5-minute rule applies: During the first five minutes of play, aborting the match is permitted if a player has been disconnected from the match or if the game is unplayable due to delays, graphic bugs or other impairments. The match will be restarted from the beginning. If goals, assists, own goals, yellow or red cards have already fallen during the abandoned match, these will be added to the new result and match report. A dismissal received in the abandoned match also applies to the repeat match, i.e. the player who received the dismissal must immediately get a new dismissal at the start of the match in order for the under-number to be restored. The opponent must support the sending-off.
4.6.2 Bugusing: All types of bugusing are prohibited.
4.6.3 Block goalkeeper: Blocking the goalkeeper is forbidden, e.g. at standard situations and kicking the ball from his hands (player runs in the GK). In return, it is also forbidden to provoke a block as a GK.
4.6.4 Hindrance with standard situations: Any hindrance in standard situations and penalty kicks. These include in particular:
- Non-compliance with the 9.15m distance for free kicks and penalty kicks through the use of player animations. The advance of the wall is unaffected by this.
- Obstruction of the shooter by moving onto the approach path / blocking the approach path.
- Deliberately knocking down or running over an opponent so that he or she goes down.
- Similar obstructions of the opponent.
4.6.5 Unsportsmanlike conduct: Unsportsmanlike conduct (like time wasting) of any kind is forbidden and will be checked and sanctioned in individual cases by the admin team.
4.7 Card rule: If a player receives the fourth yellow card (8th, 12th, 16th, 20th, 24th etc. in the following called fourth yellow card), a yellow-red or a red card, he is suspended for the first match of the following week. If a player is sent off more than once or receives the fourth yellow card and one or more send offs during a match week, the period of suspension is extended by one additional match per send off/fourth yellow card.
- Sent off/fourth yellow card 1st matchday in 1st matchweek with two matches | Suspended on: 3rd matchday in matchweek 2 BECAUSE first match of the following matchweek
- Sent off/fourth yellow card 11th matchday and 12th matchday in matchweek 5 with 2 matches | Suspended on: 13th and 14th matchday in matchweek 6 BECAUSE first matches of the following matchweek
- Sent off/fourth yellow card 13th matchday, 14th matchday and 15th matchday in matchweek 6 with 3 matches | Suspended on: 16th matchday and 17th matchday in match week 7 with 2 matches and 18th matchday in match week 8 BECAUSE the first match of the following match week plus subsequent matches until all card closures have been settled.
4.7.1 Multiple attempts to start a game: A dismissal in the main or deciding match shall also count for a replay match. Therefore, no other player of the team who has not previously played may take the position of the player who has been suspended.
4.7.2 Def-wins/judged matches: Matches that are not played regularly, e.g. victory by def-win or judged by admin, do not count as matches for which a suspension is imposed (yellow ban, red ban, league ban). If the judging system according to §7.5 has subsequently judged a match in which a card suspension has been served, it is considered to have been served.
4.7.3 Season transition: Card bans are deleted after each season and are not carried over into the new season.
4.8 Betting fraud in ProLeague
4.8.1 Any player or person responsible for influencing the course or outcome of a ProLeague competition in favour of his opponent and as a result obtaining an unlawful financial advantage through a public sports bet relating to the ProLeague shall be punished with a Proleague ban. The duration of the ban is determined at the discretion of the ProLeague administration and is at least one year.
4.8.2 ProLeague competitions include any eSports events managed and organised by ProLeague. In particular, this includes all matches of the ProLeague leagues and the ProLeague Cup.
4.8.3 The person responsible within the meaning of §4.8 is who decides on the use and instructions of players in a ProLeague competition.
4.9 Gamebreaking Bugs: In the event of bugs for which none of the teams is responsible and which destroy the game (including the free kick bug), the following action will be taken: If the bug occurs in the first half, the whole match must be repeated. If the bug takes place in the second half, everything that takes place in the first half will be included in the final match report and another half will be replayed. The submitted screenshots have to be taken at half time of the catch-up match.
4.9.1 The next opponent should be informed about the delay before the new kick-off.
4.9.2 If the match is under PLACT obligation, the match shall be reset before restarting.
4.10 Allowed stadiums: In all ProLeague competitions, only certain stadiums are allowed for various reasons. The list of stadiums allowed in FIFA 20 can be found in https://www.proleague.de/article.php?id=1487. At the same time it is not allowed to change the stadium name.
5.1 Prohibition of any game modifications: All FIFA modifications are prohibited. The time of the modification is irrelevant, i.e. any modifications are also forbidden outside the game operation of the ProLeague. Modifications include any optical and technical changes, regardless of whether or not they result in an advantage for the person concerned. All permissible modifications are discussed in §5.1.1.
5.1.1 Allowed modifications: The ProLeague graphic patch according to §5.10 is allowed. Via the game files the following variables may be modified:
ProLeague takes no responsibility for the manipulation of the game files.
5.1.2 Body-Glitch: In FIFA 20 it can happen that the so-called body glitch occurs. If a player with this glitch is found, he will be warned. If a player gets caught again, it is assumed that the player manipulated intentionally.
5.2 Violation of the modification ban: Players convicted and found guilty within the meaning of §5.1 shall receive a PL ban depending on the severity of the violation and at the discretion of the PL admins, but at least until the end of the FIFA version current at the time of the manipulation. In less severe cases (e.g. optical modifications), depending on the severity of the violation and at the discretion of the PL admins, a mitigated PL ban may be imposed, but at least until the end of the season current at the time of the violation. A repeated violation of §5.1 leads to a lifelong PL ban.
5.2.1 If the administration has no grounds for suspicion that the body glitch was used intentionally, the following penalties are used:
- First offense: Warning
- Second offense: Two match weeks suspension
- Third offense: Penalty as described in §5.2
5.3 Partial violation of the modification prohibition: Partially guilty players within the meaning of §5.1 receive a ProLeague ban depending on the severity of the violation and at the discretion of the PL-Admins, the maximum duration is one year.
5.4 Judging of matches: In cases in which a modification according to §5.1 could be proven to a player, in individual cases and at the discretion of the admin team affected matches, in which the convicted player had a concrete opportunity for modification or had a concrete opportunity for modification or there are indications that the convicted player has used a modification, can be judged in accordance with §7.6 against the club for which the player actively played.
5.5 Mitigating reasons: The discretionary penalty (length of ProLeague suspension) may be reduced if the player found guilty under 5.2 or partially guilty under §5.3 has, by voluntarily disclosing his knowledge, contributed to the clarification of a manipulation under §5.1 that is connected with his manipulation.
5.6 Obligation to report a modification: Anyone who becomes aware of a manipulation according to §5.1 must report this immediately to the admin team. The deliberate non-registration or the concealment of facts in connection with manipulations according to §5.1 will be subject to a ProLeague ban of up to one year at the discretion of the PL-Admins.
5.7 Production of forged proofs of modification: Anyone who intentionally reports a player for violating §5.1 by using or producing false information/facts (e.g. falsifying evidence, screenshots, videos, etc.) will be punished with a ProLeague ban at the discretion of the PL admins. The minimum duration of this penalty is one year.
5.8 Publicly made allegations of modification: Publicly made cheat allegations that objectively damage the reputation of a club or a player are prohibited. The PL-Adminteam decides in its discretion and in individual cases, depending on the extent of the accusation and the reputation damage incurred, on the appropriate punishment. The maximum duration of the ProLeague ban according to §5.8 is one year.
5.9 Overview of blocked players: Club leaders can ask the PL-Admin team which players are banned from playing in the ProLeague.
5.10 Graphic patch of the ProLeague: The official graphic patch of the ProLeague may be used. This includes graphic changes to the game and does not influence FIFA's playing behaviour.
5.11 PLACT: The ProLeague Anti Cheat Tool is a program designed to ensure manipulation-free play.
5.11.1 The use is obligatory according to the PL administration. The PLACT must be used starting at the following dates:
- League ONE: 26.11.2018
- League TWO: 01.02.2019
- League THREE: 24.06.2019
- League INT: 22.06.2020 (captain only)
- League INT2: 22.06.2020
- Super ProLeague: 22.06.2020
- ProLeague Cup: 22.06.2020 (captain only)
5.11.2 The ProLeague Anti Cheat Tool is started and the user logs in with his ProLeague credentials. The program may be minimized but not closed. Afterwards FIFA can be started.
5.11.3 A team manager shall activate the league match mode before the start of each league match and deactivate it again after each league match (this must be done for each match separately). The user plays the league game(s). The PLACT can be closed after after deactivating the league game mode for the last game of the evening by a team manager.
5.11.4 Any anomalies are intensively examined and dealt with as appropriate before publication.
5.11.5 PLACT detects the programs running during league matches and reports them to the ProLeague servers.
5.11.6 Any programs with which modifications in FIFA or other PC games can be made are not allowed. This only applies to the period of time in which ProLeague league matches take place with the above mentioned use of the PLACT.
5.11.7 Excluded from the time limitation of rule 5.11.6 are programs which can only modify FIFA. These are not allowed at anytime.
5.11.8 Variations of violations
188.8.131.52 Team violations: There are two types of team violations for which team management is responsible:
- failure to start and stop.
- playing a competitive match with PLACT duty without using PLACT as in-game captain.
184.108.40.206 Serious player violations: Playing a competitive match with PLACT duty without using PLACT as a non-ingame captain.
220.127.116.11 Player violations: There are four types of player violations for which each player is individually responsible:
- the Origin ID in the profile on the website does not match the real Origin ID.
- the player quits FIFA before a team manager stops the game in PLACT by ""STOP"".
- technical connection or game interruptions (Timeout / Fifa closed).
- programs detected by PLACT.
5.11.9 The infringements of §18.104.22.168 No. 3 can be waived if the team/player in question submits a visual record (stream, video) proving that the player has not intentionally quit FIFA or that he has been technically disconnected.
5.11.10 Violations caused by ProLeague technology may be excused by the administration.
5.11.11 In League INT and the ProLeague Cup, PLACT only needs to run with the in-game captain. If the ingame captain is not a manager on the website, a manager on the website must use PLACT to click on start and stop. In all other leagues with PLACT obligation, PLACT has to run with the entire team.
5.12 Using the Origin Beta can cause problems when reading the Origin ID. Therefore, the use of the Origin Beta for competitive play is prohibited.
5.13 If there are problems with the PLACT or the hardware ID, the admins can be reached via Teamspeak/Origin/Discord/PL-Chat until 19:45 on a league matchday. Login problems with PLACT after this deadline have no right to be dealt with until after the league match.
5.14 Bans for league matches also apply to evening tournaments.
6.1 6.1 A transfer is a player joining a club.
6.2 Each team has 8 transfer options (new players) available per season.
6.2.1 Player exits don't count to the transfer options.
6.2.2 The transfer options count until the end of the season and therefore include cup and relegation matches.
6.2.3 A team may request additional transfer options from the administration in exceptional cases that threaten its existence. Whether and how many transfer options are assigned is up to the administration.
6.3 Each player may only play for three teams per season and for a maximum of two teams per league in mandatory matches.
6.4 Licensing: A player is only eligible to play if
- the correct screenshots have been uploaded,
- the team has accepted the player's application to join the team and
- the responsible league leader has accepted it.
6.4.1 Every player is obliged to upload two screenshots made according to the tutorial to the ProLeague site.
6.4.2 In order to join a club, the player must submit a team entry request on the team page of the accepting club (button "Join team"). A team manager of the accepting club must accept the player's membership request after checking the player's screenshots. This starts the licensing process, which means that the screenshots can be viewed by the league leader (or his representative) from this point on. The team entry request must have been submitted and accepted on the ProLeague page no later than the day before the first game.
6.4.3 The corresponding league leader checks the screenshots. If there are errors in the screenshots, the player concerned will receive a message on the ProLeague page. If the first submission of the screenshots is received by the deadline at the latest on the day before the first submission, corrected screenshots can also be accepted on the same day as the first submission. Players who join a club that does not participate in any ProLeague league operation will be checked by a ProLeague admin.
6.4.4 In the event of a change of club, new screenshots must be taken and made available (uploaded to the PL site) by the player concerned. The license check takes place under consideration of §§6.4.1, 6.4.6 by the responsible league leader. The same applies to the transition to a new FIFA part.
6.4.5 It is at the discretion of the League Leader to temporarily refrain from granting a game license if multiple incorrect or incomplete screenshots are submitted.
6.4.6 A player who leaves a club may return to that team at the following times:
- for the new season, without conditions.
- in the current season, provided he has not played a match for another club between the time of leaving and the resumption of the season. This transfer costs the club a transfer option.
6.5 A group of players may not take over the starting place of a ProLeague team. Each individual case will be handled individually by the ProLeague admins.
7.1 Match schedule: Match scheduling for the German leagues is described in §7.1.1 and the match scheduling for the International leagues is described in §7.1.2.
7.1.1 GER Scheduling: League matches are set on the match week's Sunday. The times are as follows:
- Two league matches: 20:45 PM and 21:15 PM
- Three league matches: 20:15 PM, 20:45 PM and 21:15 PM
- Four league matches: 20:15 PM, 20:45 PM, 21:15 PM and 21:45 PM
22.214.171.124 Both teams may agree to play the match within the match week on another day. If they can't agree, the match is set on the Default date and time. Matches may not be scheduled outside of the match week. If a match can't be played due to technical reasons (EA servers or other things that affect multiple people on both sides), the match can be scheduled for the next match week in agreement with both managers and the league admin.
126.96.36.199 The matchweek ends on Sunday at 23:59 PM.
7.1.2 INT Scheduling: League matches are not set on a default day.
188.8.131.52 Teams are free to schedule matches in agreement with their opponent at any day and time within the given match week.
184.108.40.206.1 Both managers have to send eachother a Discord message or send a challenge on the website at latest on Monday at the start of the match week to make sure there will be enough time to schedule a match that week.
220.127.116.11.2 Once an agreement has been made, both teams have to confirm this date and time on the website, using the challenge-function.
18.104.22.168.3 If both teams agreed on date and time for a match it's final.
22.214.171.124.4 Match dates outside of the given time frame are only allowed after consulting with the league admin.
126.96.36.199.5 If necessary, to delay a match day (one match) a team can use 2 wildcards in a season. These have to be handed in no less than two hours ahead of the arranged match date to both the league admin and the opponent team.
188.8.131.52.6 The only exception is for so called English match weeks (weeks with 3 matches). If a team uses both wildcards in this week, it can delay all 3 matches.
184.108.40.206.7 Wildcards give you the opportunity to delay a match for a week. A match that has already been delayed through the use of a wildcard can not be delayed by wildcard again (from either team).
220.127.116.11.8 Wildcards can't be used on the last two match weeks to not influence the end of the season.
18.104.22.168 If no agreement has been found, the admins will schedule the game.
22.214.171.124 The day for which the admin schedules the match depends on the training days the teams filled in on the website. These count as preferred match days as well. Every team needs to have at least two training days in order to give possibilities for scheduling.
126.96.36.199 Teams are free to update their training days at any time. However, in order not to infuence the default scheduling by admins, the admins will only update their personal list of preferred match days once halfway the season.
188.8.131.52 In case there is no agreement and overlapping training day between two teams, the match will be scheduled on a default day being Sunday.
7.2 Cancellations due to insufficient number of players
If an agreed match cannot take place due to a team's lack of players, the team in question must report to the opponent and league leader via Discord or a private message on the homepage at least two hours prior to the start of the match.
7.3 Result report
7.3.1 The result will be entered on the ProLeague page in the team area under match schedules.
7.3.2 The results must be entered according to the specifications in the TUTORIAL. This includes the correct information of result, line-up, MvP, goals, assists as well as yellow and red cards according to the uploaded screenshots. The screenshots according to §7.3.6 must be uploaded in legible quality at the designated locations.
184.108.40.206 The following allocations shall apply when entering the line-up:
- GK: Any player who is in the GK position at the end of the match.
- LB: Any player who is in LB or LWB at the end of the match.
- CB: Any player who is in LCB, CB or RCB at the end of the match.
- RB: Any player who is in RB or RWB at the end of the match.
- CDM: Any player who is in LDM, CDM or RDM at the end of the match.
- CM: Any player who is in LCM, CM or RCM at the end of the match.
- LM: Any player who is in LM at the end of the match.
- RM: Any player who is in RM at the end of the match.
- CAM: Any player who is in LAM, CAM or RAM at the end of the match.
- LW: Any player who is in LW at the end of the match.
- RW: Any player who is in RW at the end of the match.
- ST: Any player who is in ST or CF at the end of the match.
- LS: Any player who is in LS or LF at the end of the match.
- RS: Any player who is in RS or RF at the end of the match
7.3.3 The entry of the match result shall be independent of the opponent's entry and shall be made independently by the clubs. Both the home team and the guest team are obliged to enter (home team) / confirm (away team) the match result by the end of the following day at the latest..
7.3.4 If there are problems or discrepancies in reporting the result, the league management must be contacted immediately by PM and the facts (reason) described. An extension of the entry deadline is possible in individual cases and at the discretion of the league leader.
7.3.5 If a computer-controlled bot, which has taken over the corresponding position as a result of a disconnection of a player, scores goals, assists or yellow/red cards, these are credited to the human player. The entry is made as if the player had played the entire game. The deletion of the cards can be requested by presenting the league leader with proof of disconnection.
7.3.6 The following screenshots are required: The home team uploads screenshots of match facts, match events, home team assists and home team match ratings. The away team uploads screenshots of the away team assists, away eam match ratings and of the Player ID list.
7.4 Overview of suspended players
An overview about the suspensions of the players can be found on the ProLeague page at the respective league under the tab "Suspensions".
7.5 Judging system
7.5.1 The judging system shall be based on the tables given.

7.5.2 In special constellations (e.g. with several team dissolutions in a league) it is the responsibility of the PL admin team to balance the league sizes and to move one or more teams to the next higher league.
7.5.3 Calculations based on the percentages given in 7.5 will be round off to the end of a match week.
7.6 Individual judging
7.6.1 Individual judging may occur if a rule of the ProLeague rules is violated. The team that violates a rule is referred to as an offending team.
7.6.2 In the event of a rule violation, which results in an individual judging, the result will be checked by the responsible league leader or by the administration on behalf of the league leader.
7.6.3 In the case of individual judging, matches shall be scored as follows:
- if the match has not yet been played: 2:0 against the offending team
- if the match has already been played, proceed as follows:
- i. The offending team has won: 2:0 against the offending team
- ii. The offending team has drawn: 2:0 against the offending team
- iii. The offending team has lost with a goal difference of 1: 2:0 against the offending team
- iv. In all other cases (team that breaks the rules loses with a goal difference of 2 or more), the result of the match remains valid. There is no judging.
7.6.4 If a match has to be judged against both teams in accordance with 7.6, the result is set at 0-0 and both teams are deducted the point they receive for the draw.
7.7 Match of the Week
7.7.1 The ProLeague editorial team broadcasts the Match of the Week on the official Twitch channel. The editorial team will contact potential participants of the match and teams can cancel until Monday evening. If this does not happen, the team is assumed to participate in the Match of the Week.
7.7.2 The standard match date for the Match of the Week is on Sundays at 22:00. Deviations are possible and will be determined by the ProLeague administration if necessary.
7.7.3 The leagues/competitions eligible to participate in the Match of the Week are determined by the ProLeague administration.
7.7.4 Only clubs from the participating leagues/competitions can participate in the Match of the Week.
7.7.5 A Club may withdraw its participation in the Match of the Week for the current week only. Withdrawal is subject to compliance with the time limit in 7.7.6.
7.7.6 A withdrawal must be submitted in writing to the ProLeague administration by Monday 18:00 (Monday before the Sunday on which the Match of the Week takes place).
7.7.7 In the absence of a timely and/or properly submitted withdrawal or revocation, the teams selected for the Match of the Week are obliged to meet the set match date. A postponement of the match date is not permitted.
7.8 Promotion and relegation
7.8.1 The type and number of promotions and relegations can change until the end of the season. The colour markings in the league tables should be used as a guideline.
7.8.2 After identifying the potential new German teams, the strongest new team will be determined in an evening tournament. On another day, this team will compete against the first-placed team from League FOUR in a best of three system in Challenge Match #1. The loser of the series will start in League THREE and the winner will play Challenge Match #2 against the first-placed team from League THREE in a best of three system. The loser of the series starts in League TWO and the winner in League ONE.
7.9 Super ProLeague
7.9.1 Play dates: The standard SPL match dates are 20:45 and 21:15 (German time) on Tuesdays. These may only be postponed if both teams agree and the SPL admins approve. The knockout phase follows this schedule and the final will take place on a Sunday evening at 22:00.
7.9.2 Minimum number of players: Each team must start the match with at least nine licensed players.
7.9.3 A knockout phase match consists of a best-of-two with away goal rule and in case of a draw new matches will be played to full length (no OT) until one match ends with a non-tie.
7.9.4 For teams participating in SPL, all penalty point limits will be increased by 50%. This concerns §12.6 and §12.7.
7.9.5 Discord obligation: All participants in the SPL must have at least one representative in the International ProLeague Community Discord. The SPL group role will be assigned to this representative so that he/she can see and be seen in the SPL chat.
7.9.6 PLACT obligation: All teams in the SPL must use the PLACT according to §5.11.
7.9.7 Financial responsibility: The manager registering a team for the SPL appoints the financial responsibility for the team and a representative. This means that he/she must ensure that any buy-in amount is paid and any prize money won is paid out. If the financial manager leaves the team, a new financial manager must be named. Prize money can only be paid out to financial managers who are still in the team's squad at the time of the final match.
7.9.8 Card rule: Yellow cards don't have to be entered and there is no penalty due to an amount of yellow cards. Red cards are handled like in the league, resulting in a one match suspension for the first match of the next match week.
8.1 The ProLeague Cup is a tournament in the KO system.
8.2 The ProLeague Cup is played with all ProLeague teams (PC).
8.2.1 Teams that have been eliminated from the previous competition due to penalties are not eligible to participate in the new season.
8.3 The general rules of the ProLeague apply. Excluded from this is the card rule, which does not apply in the cup.
8.4 In each cup round the matches and the home rights are drawn anew.
8.4.1 The team above in the tournament tree always has home right.
8.4.2 One match is played per round. If there is a draw after this game, extra time is played followed by a penalty shootout.
8.4.3 There will be no match for third place.
8.5 In case of problems the cup admin is always the contact person.
8.6 Due to a possible extension or penalty shoot-out, sufficient time should be allowed for scheduling.
8.7 Result report: Result report is in the cup similar to §7.3
9.1 The general rules of the ProLeague apply.
9.2 The number of participants is limited to a maximum of 32 teams.
9.3 Every registered team is entitled to participate, which at the time of registration and the tournament itself has at least five players in the squad, who have a valid game license according to §6.4.
9.4 Fun or mix teams are not allowed.
9.5 There is no card rule.
9.6 A group phase shall be played followed by a knockout phase.
In each knockout phase one match shall be played. The loser will be eliminated. In case a knockout match ends in a draw, extra time shall be played and, if necessary, penalties.
9.7 The result is always reported by the home team, no confirmation by the opponent.
9.8 Leaving the HoF-Challenge early will result in exclusion from the next tournament.
9.9 Guest players must be registered on the ProLeague site, a submission of screenshots is not necessary.
9.9.1 If the own team of a player participates in the HoF Challenge, the player may not play as guests with any other team participating in the HoF Challenge.
9.9.2 A maximum of 3 guest players per team may be registered.
9.9.3 The guest players must have been added to the team on time (usually 20.00 on the tournament day) via the HoF guest function.
10.1 The ProLeague Ladder is a competition in which teams look for their opponents themselves. Furthermore, the competition takes place in league form and has neither a fixed number of matches nor a certain size of participating teams.
10.2 Any team registered in the ProLeague may participate. However, fun and mix teams are excluded from participation.
10.3 The general rules of the ProLeauge apply.
10.3.1 Players of a team must be registered on the ProLeague site and have a valid game license.
10.3.2 A maximum of three guest players per team may be entered. A valid playing eligibility must be present.
10.3.3 10.3.3 There is no card rule.
10.4.1 There is no limit to the number of matches that can be played per day, per week or per month.
10.4.2 A Ladder match may only be played against the same opponent twice a week.
10.4.3 A team may have a maximum of 5 open challenges before it can be challenged the next time.
10.4.4 Both teams must enter the result by midnight of the following day, including the declaration of the guests.
10.4.5 After the match, the opponent's behaviour and reliability shall be assessed. (good / very good / perfect). The result should not play a role in the evaluation.
10.4.6 The winner of the match may win a maximum of 50 points. The number of points you win or lose depends on your position and that of your opponent. If you win against a better placed team, you will receive more points than against a worse placed team.
10.5 If a scheduled match could not take place for various reasons or if there are problems with reporting the result, the ladder administrator must be contacted.
11.1 Due to the membership of the ProLeague in the iFVPA, teams participate in the Champions League and the European League. The iFVPA is a multinational organisation which is responsible for the organisation of CL, EL and national team tournaments on all consoles worldwide.
11.2 The number of participants depends on the iFVPA league ranking which is updated after each season. The numbers will be published in article form as soon as they are known and are additionally highlighted in colour in the League Int. table.
11.2.1 If a team has won either the iFVPA CL or EL, it is directly qualified for the CL and will not be considered for the distribution of the other places.
11.2.2 Teams that place themselves for the international places of the iFVPA via the ProLeague shall perceive them. Teams participating in iFVPA competitions as representatives of other leagues will be excluded from the iFVPA slots available in ProLeague.
11.2.3 If the international league has teams in it that can qualify for iFVPA competitions through other national leagues, the international league is, due to iFVPA regulations, obliged to organise play-offs at the end of the season for CL and EL sports. Only teams that can not qualify for iFVPA competitions through another league can participate in these play-offs. The play-offs serve to make up a ranking of these teams and will be organised according to §11.6.
11.3 The rules of the respective tournaments are determined by the iFVPA and can be found in its forum: http://www.ifvpa.com/xf/index.php
11.4 Both tournaments shall take the form of a group stage followed by a knockout round. Further details can be found in the rules of the iFVPA or the VirtualProNetwork (homepage of the tournaments, for example in the navigation: iFVPA -> CL).
11.5 If scheduling problems or general questions arise, please contact the CL & EL admin.
11.6.1 The play-offs consist of group stage and knockout stage.

11.6.4 The general rules of ProLeague apply.
12.1 The ProLeague has various methods of punishment at its disposal. Penalties can be imposed on individual players as well as on entire teams.
12.2 Penalties are divided into warnings, punishments and Penalty Points (PP). PPs are managed in the team profile and have consequences if they accumulate frequently (see §12.6). While warnings generally consist of a conversation between the admin and the team leader or the player, penalty points have indirect and punishments direct consequences.
The warning, which can be pronounced verbally or listed in writing in the team or player profile, includes violations against:
- §4.1 Wrong Origin ID in player profile
- §6.4 Wrong screenshots in player profile
- §4.3 Known as does not correspond to Origin ID
- §4.10 Prohibition of renaming the stadium's name
12.4 Penalty Points (PP)
Penalty points that are listed in the team profile for any violation will, at the discretion of the league leader, include violations of:
- A. §4.6 Fair play / sporting behaviour (burden of proof lies with plaintiff)
- B. §4.10 Prohibition of the use of a particular stadium
- C. §22.214.171.124 Setting the date for a match inside the designated time
- D. §7.2 Obligation to report the cancellation of league matches
- E. §7.3.2 Reporting of results
- F. §7.3.3 Failure to comply with the deadline for reporting results
- G. §7.7.1 Cancellation of participation in the MotW after the deadline
- H. §12.3 from the fourth warning (three warnings without PP)
12.4.1 Players who violate §4.6 may, in individual cases and at the discretion of the PL-Admins, be subject to individual penalties in the form of match suspensions with a maximum duration of four weeks. In case of repetition, the maximum duration can be increased to eight weeks.
12.4.2 Penalty Point - Graduation
In the event of repeated non-compliance, the PP shall be staggered according to the following maximum scale:
- for D, E, F, G, H: 1 PP - 1 PP - 2 PP - 4 PP
- for A, B, C: 2 PP - 3 PP - 4 PP
12.4.3 Skipping of grading steps
If the person/club to be punished has similar penalties in the previous season that have led to Penalty Points, the first grade level may be skipped at the discretion of the league admin.
12.5 Judging of matches
To Penalty Points and the judging of a match lead the following violations:
§4.1 Use of a player without valid eligibility (3 PP and individual judging)
§4.1 Account sharing (3 PP and individual judging, possible further consequences)
§4.2 Less than the minimum number of players at the start of a match (1 PP and individual judging)
§4.4 Use of any player is prohibited (2 PP and individual judging)
§4.5 Not taking place of a match date (2 PP and individual judging, burden of proof lies with the plaintiff)
§4.6 In the case of violations of fair play/sporting behaviour according to §4.6, which verifiably influence the match result in favour of the offending team or player, such matches can be judged depending on the extent of the violation and at the discretion of the PL admins against the offending team.

The following violations lead to more complex sanctions:
- Collecting 6 PP (League INT1) or 8 PP (League INT2): One point deduction. For SPL participants the limits are 9 or 12 PP.
- Collecting 10 PP (League INT1) or 12 PP (League INT2): Three points deduction. For SPL participants the limits are 15 or 18 PP.
§5 modifications: Ban according to §5.1
12.7 Decision on the continued existence of a team
To an admin decision about the continued existence of a team, whose further participation in the ProLeague or its exclusion lead:
- Collecting 12 PP (League Int. 1) or 14 PP (League Int. 2) For SPL participants the limits are 18 or 21 PP.
- §4.2 Violation of the minimum number of players in the club
- §6.5 Violation of the team takeover rule
It is the responsibility of the admin team to allow the affected team to continue participating in the ProLeague under certain conditions. The conditions are to be determined at the discretion of the admins.
12.8 Bans in communication channels
12.8.1 Communication channels within the meaning of §12.8.1 are shoutboxes, team posts, forum threads, teamspeak chats, news comments, private messages, the ProLeague International Discord server and other media managed by the ProLeague administration.
12.8.2 Depending on the type and extent of the violations, and at the discretion of the PL admins, the following violations may lead to a temporary block in communication channels of the ProLeague:
- Insults / public hate against one or more players or teams
- Dissemination of racist or similar, contemptuous contents
It is irrelevant on which communication channel, as defined in §12.8.1, the violations mentioned under §12.8.2 occurred. The duration of the block is regulated by §12.8.3.
12.8.3 The infringements referred to in §12.8.2 shall gradually lead to temporary, increasing bans. The duration of each ban can be seen in the following table:

Starting with level 3, the PL admin team reserves the right to block the blocked user from further communication channels (e.g. forum). The decision is made on a case-by-case basis. The §§ 12.8.4 and 12.8.5 remain unaffected by the regulation.
12.8.4 If a user violates §12.8.2 four times, a lifetime ban can be imposed on the shoutbox. The decision is made by the PL admin team after evaluation of the individual case and at its own discretion.
12.8.5 In particularly serious cases of violation of §12.8.2, sanctions (temporary ProLeague or match suspension or similar) may be imposed beyond §§ 12.8.3 and 12.8.4 at the discretion of the PL admins.
12.9 Violations when using the PLACT
12.9.1 Violations against §126.96.36.199 team violations: i. first violation: individual judging ii. second violation: 1 PP and individual judging iii. from the third violation on: 2PP and individual judging
12.9.2 Violations of §188.8.131.52 Serious player violations: i. first violation: one match suspension of the player concerned ii. second violation: two matches suspension of the player concerned iii. from the third violation onwards: three matches suspension of the player concerned
12.9.3 Violations of §184.108.40.206 Nos. 1-3 or §5.12 player violations: i. first violation: player warning ii. second violation: one match suspension of the player concerned iii. from the third violation onwards: two matches suspension of the player concerned
12.9.4 Violations of §220.127.116.11 No. 4 player offences: The detection of an inadmissible tool when using the PLACT in a competitive match shall lead to the examination of a sanction according to §5.1 et seq.
12.9.5 Violations of §18.104.22.168 No. 4 player offences: The detection of an inadmissible tool when using the PLACT in a competitive match shall lead to the examination of a sanction according to §5.1 et seq.
12.9.6 In League FOUR, PLACT violations will be handled as follows: There will be no individual judgement, regardless of the type of violation. Instead there will be the following penalty scale:
- 1st - 3rd violation: Warning
- 4th violation: 1 PP
- 5th violation: 2 PP
- From the 6th violation: 4 PP

Des Weiteren behalten wir uns vor, auch auf hier nicht aufgeführte Vorfälle mit Sanktionen zu reagieren!
§1 Competition Structure
1.1 Champions League and Europa League have 32 slots.
1.2 Format: Groups Stage + Knockout Stage.
1.3 Eight (8) groups with four (4) teams per group.
1.4 Out of 32 teams: 1st and 2nd of the group qualify directly to Ro16. Teams finished 3rd in group stage of Champions League proceed to Europa League “in between round” to face against teams that finished 2nd in the groups of Europa League group stage.
1.5 The Knockout Stage includes: Ro16, Quarter Final, Semi Final and Final.
1.6 Tournaments are played on the ProLeague website (proleague.de).
1.7 Organizational things are done on the official Discord (European League CL/EL).
§2 Slot Distribution
2.1 The distribution will be based on the average results of each community's clubs in the three (3) previous Champions League and Europa League seasons which is displayed in the "League Rating".
2.2 League Rating
2.2.1 Leagues Rating is used to determine the season's overall performance of the leagues affiliated to PC in terms of international clubs competitions - Champions League and Europa League. The ranking depends on the average points of each community (§2.1) gained in the last three (3) seasons. The community with the highest overall average is the #1 ranked community, followed by the community with the second highest overall and so on:
2.2.2 Defending CL and EL champions will receive an CL slot that is independent of the community. The other 30 CL and 32 EL slots are distributed as follows:
- Every community will receive an initial slot (everyone is guaranteed 1 slot for both competitions).
- #1 ranked community will receive 4 additional CL and 3 additional EL slots.
- Following 2 communities will receive 3 additional slots for CL and EL.
- Following community will receive 2 additional CL and 3 additional EL slots.
- Following community will receive 2 additional slots for CL and EL.
- Following 2 communities will receive 1 additional CL and 2 additional EL slots.
- Following 3 communities will receive 1 additional CL and 1 additional EL slot.
- Last placed community wont receive any additional slots. This ranking is subject to change if a community joins or if a community drops but it will follow the same principal.
2.3 Coefficient calculation
2.3.1 The coefficient for each season is calculated as a sum of all points obtained by community's clubs dividing by the total number of clubs representing the community in that season for both Champions League and Europa League, however the points for Europa League results of the community will be multiplied by 0.75.
2.3.2 In the case if two communities have the same coefficient, the association with the higher coefficient in the most recent season is placed first.
2.4 Points system
2.4.1 Each team gets two (2) points for a win, one (1) point for a draw and 0 points for losing.
2.4.2 Clubs that reach the round of 16, quarter-finals, semi-finals or final of the Champions League or Europa League, are awarded an additional points for reaching the stage: 0.5 points for reaching round of 16(qualifying from the group), one point for reaching quarter finals, 1.5 points for reaching semi-final and 2 points for reaching the final.
2.4.3 Since team that wins the tournament gets an cl slot, additional points are not given for a win in the Final.
2.4.4 Points are not given for free win of any kind, either walkover or opponent being banned. Additional points for reaching the "in between" stage are also not given.
§3 Competition Setup
3.1. Group Stage
3.1.1 Each team will play each opponent drawn in their particular group
3.1.2 Each fixture will be Home and Away. Fixtures are to be played on the same day, unless re-arranged by mutual agreement.
3.1.3 Each fixture (Home and Away) are considered as separate games, with the opportunity to gain points in both games. Win: 3 points, Draw: 1 point, Loss: 0 Point
3.1.4 The first team to host match will be the first team name that stands first in the ProLeague fixture.
3.1.5 In the case of even points, a team with better goal difference is placed above in table.
3.2 Knockout Stage
3.2.1 Home and Away matches are to be played in the knockout stages
3.2.2 The team that has better goal difference proceeds to the next round.
3.2.3 If the goal difference is level, the Away goal rule is applied.
3.2.4 In case of a perfect draw third match must be played and Golden Goal rules is applied (first one to score wins).
3.2.5 There will only be a draw after every round.
§4 Squad Lists / Rosters
4.1The maximum number of players per squad/roster is twenty three (23)
4.2 Each squad/roster list must be properly entered on ProLeague Page and on discord in the intended channels. If a player has a different Origin-ID on Discord, ProLeague Page and or Origin, the team will get default loss 3-0 in every match the player plays in. If the ID of a player matches the ID on the ProLeague Page, but not the ID on Discord, captain will receive 1 match ban. To clarify, wrong use of capital and small initial letters don't matter, as long as it is the same ID.
4.3 The minimum number of players to play a CL / EL match is Seven (7). If the minimum number of 7 players cannot be obtained, the opposite team receives a default win 3-0.
4.4 Only players registered correctly within the squad/roster on Discord and ProLeague Page are eligible to play in the competition.
4.4.1 Eligible on ProLeague Page means: to be accepted in the squad by team manager and admin before the end of transfer deadline (visible with a green cl/el checkmark). Screenshots in your players profiles aren't necessary.
4.4.2 Eligible on Discord means: to be entered in the squad list by your team leader before the end of transfer deadline (channel will be locked after the deadline ends).
4.5 If an ineligible player (not registered in the squad by his manager) plays an official match, his team will lose that match by default loss 3-0.
4.6 If it is found that a player has been swapped out for another user (outside of the registered squad), a default loss of 3-0 will be awarded.
4.7 Transfer window is open between the end of group stage and the beginning of knockout stage. During transfer window you can add\delete players in your ProLeague roster, but you must report the changes on Discord.
4.8 If the squad/roster is still not submitted in time for your first fixture, your team receives default loss of 3-0.
4.9 It is not allowed to play for more than one team at the same time! That includes every division of every community related to the ecosystem (even 2nd, 3rd or 4th or other divisions!). If there is evidence of that, the opposite team receives a default win 3-0.
4.10 The use of ANY is not allowed. If a team use the ANY, it will lose the match by 3-0.
4.11 Rematches are prefered in nearly every case!
5.1 Default Fixtures are played according to the following time table (it provides the time of the first game!):
5.1.1 Spain, Portugal and Italy have different times to play due to "siesta".
5.1.2 Teams from Russia need to play on GMT+3.
5.1.3 International Mix Teams need to tell the Admins which time zone they belong to before the competitions start.
5.2 Fixtures are set as default to be played on a Thursday.
5.3 Matches can be postponed until the next wednesday (1 week per matchday).
5.4 The day and time can ONLY be changed only if BOTH managers agree to the change and post it in the channel "match-agreements" on the official discord and confirm it using the ProLeague challenging function.
5.5 If an agreement cannot be reached the match MUST be played on the default day.
5.6 If a team FAILS to attend an agreed fixture or an agreement on an alternative date, within 15 minutes after the agreed match time, the offending team receives a default 3-0 loss.
5.7 Maximum time of delay is 15 minutes. If a team arrives later than that it'll receive a default loss.
§6 Match Results
6.1 Team manager is obligated to enter into ProLeague Page results of the game including full match squad of his team, scorers and assists, red cards if available, pick Man of the Match from his team (not necessarily MOTM out of both teams) and send in screenshots (according to the tutorial in 6.5).
6.2 This process must be done by both teams and each must verify the results entered by the opponents.
6.3 The maximum allowed time to confirm a result is 48 hours, then it will be considered automatically validated.
6.4 The ingame player's nickname / ALIAS / KnownAs (the one you set on player's profile) must match the ORIGIN ID, so that screenshots could be a proof that player was playing in a match. If it's not possible to put it in 100% put a distinctive shorter version of it in the ALIAS / Know As. (Example: Origin ID RAGE-JonnyEsbeck could lead to ALIAS JonnyEsbeck)

§7 Yellow and Red Cards
7.1 Any player that receives a red card will be able to play again after serving one (1) match ban. That means the exact next match, even if this is the second leg against the same opponent.
7.2 NO yellow card accumulation is applied in the tournament.
7.3 If a player gets a red card in the last match of group stage, he is suspended in the first KO-Stage match.
§8 Leaving the Match
8.1 It is allowed to leave the match early in case of any problems within the first 10 minutes of game time in order to solve issues (player drop-outs or connection problems).
8.1.1 If a team leaves a match after the 10th minute it receives a default loss 0-3 or current score (it depends on what is better for the winning team).
8.1.2 If a goal is scored before the 10th minute - it WILL be counted; even if it has been scored whilst one of the teams was leaving the match.
8.2 You will have 3 attempts to start the match. (To be clear, 3 complete invitations sent and received). If there is no agreement after two attempts, 3rd attempt must be tried and it has to be played regardless of squad or lag problems.
8.3 After 2 attempts and in agreement with both teams, it may be possible to propose that the game be moved to a another day. This will be ONLY possible if both sides accept the solution and that BOTH managers report this on the Discord channel and reschedule using the ProLeague challenge system. We suggest that the teams kick the ball out of the field prior to leaving the match if possible.
§9 Team Withdrawal from the competition
9.1 If a team leaves the competition in the group stage, all opponents will be awarded default wins 3-0 , even those they already played against.
9.2 If a team leaves the competition during the break between group and knockout stage, results of the group stay but the next team in the group gets the reward.
9.3 If a team leaves the competition in the knockout stage, the opponent team will proceed in the bracket
9.4 If a team leaves during the competition this could be lead to a seasonal ban for the team.
§10 Goalkeeper blocking and Bug-Using
10.1 Goalkeeper blocking is NOT ALLOWED, even if the game engine allows it. Any form of charging, moving and bugging the opposite goalkeeper on any type of free kick, goalkeeper kick or corner is prohibited.
10.2 You MUST provide a recorded video as proof that there was an obvious charge on the goalkeeper.
10.3 Any goals scored resulting of the keeper being blocked will be cancelled.
10.3.1 Depending on the severity of the case a team may get the default loss 3-0 for the keeper blocking.
10.4 The rule 10.3 also applies for the manipulation of the wall at free kicks and any other bug using.
§11 Cheats and Cheaters
11.1 The captains of the various teams will have to protect themselves and as a result, protect the entire community, checking the values of its players in tournament matches, in order to prevent possible coalitions of players that use cheats, exploits etc.
11.2 Any measure(s) used to glitch, hack or boost your Virtual Pro in CL/EL games is strictly forbidden and will result in your team receiving a 3-0 default loss. VP99 is considered a specific cheating issue: player found using VP99 will be banned for entire FIFA and the team will receive 3-0 default losses in all games he took part in. Depending on the specific case and the seriousness of the case, cheating in FIFA could lead to other suspensions like excluding teams or banning players. If a team got to the knockout stage and a user with a cheat was found after that, results of the knockout stage draw will not be overwritten, but the team will be disqualified from the tournament.
11.3 To prevent cheating, the ingame captain is required to use the ProLeague Anti Cheat Tool (PLACT) in every cl/el match.
11.3.1 PLACT: The ProLeague Anti Cheat Tool is a program designed to ensure manipulation-free play
11.3.2 The ProLeague Anti Cheat Tool is started and the user logs in with his ProLeague credentials. The program may be minimized but not closed. Afterwards FIFA can be started.
11.3.3 A team manager presses “Start match” prior to sending or receiving the match invite. After the game is played, a team manager presses “End match”. After that, the PLACT can be closed or used for another match. Should a game crash or any other reason for a reset happen prior to starting the match, a team manager can press “Reset match” while it is started in ordner to be able to start it again.
11.3.4 Any anomalies are intensively examined and dealt with appropriately before publication.
11.3.5 PLACT detects the programs running during league matches and reports them to the ProLeague servers.
11.3.6 Any programs with which modifications in FIFA or other PC games can be made are not allowed. This only applies to the period of time in which tournament matches take place with the above mentioned use of the PLACT.
11.3.7 Team violations: There are two types of team violations for which team management is responsible:
- 1. failure to start and stop.
- 2. playing a competitive match with PLACT as a requirement without using PLACT as in-game captain.
11.3.8 Player violations: There are four types of player violations for which each player is responsible individually:
- 1. the Origin ID in the profile on the website does not match the real Origin ID of the captain (Be aware of upper- and lowercase letters).
- 2. the captain quits FIFA before stopping the game in PLACT by "End match".
- 3. technical connection or game interruptions (Timeout / Fifa closed).
- 4. programs detected by PLACT.
11.3.9 The violations of 11.3.7 and 11.3.8 will be judged on a case by case basis and according to other rules in this document.
11.3.10 The infringements of §11.3.8 No. 3 can be waived if the team/player in question submits a visual record (stream, video) proving that the player has not intentionally quit FIFA or that he has been technically disconnected. Violations caused by ProLeague technology may be excused by the administration.
11.3.11 Using the Origin Beta can cause problems when reading the Origin ID. Therefore, the use of the Origin Beta for competitive play is prohibited.
11.3.12 If there are problems with the PLACT or the hardware ID, the admins can be reached via Teamspeak/Origin/Discord/PL-Chat until 19:45 GMT+2 on a tournament matchday. Login problems with PLACT after this deadline will not be dealt with until after the tournament match.
§12 Help Requests
12.1 For issues outside of the rules and regulations regarding clarification and / or amendment to rules, squads, fixtures or any other related question or issue regarding the competition you can contact Admin for support. The admins need to be contacted via Discord. Insulting, racism or harassment is strictly disallowed and can be judged specific to the case.
12.2 If the topic of the request is about the outcome of the game, request must be done NO LATER than 48 hours after the conclusion of a game with an protest created on the "#protest" Channel in the official Discord.
